The kids were so excited about Valentine's Day. I made heart shaped pancakes for breakfast. The kids loved that! On Valentine's Day morning, I like to have something special out for them on the kitchen table. Russell and I got them each a box of chocolates and a ring pop...yum!
Dutchess was even in the Valentine's spirit!
I was in charge of Lauren's class party. I planned for Kelley Anderson to bring cupcakes for the kids to decorate and Tiffany Baker brought some fun games for the girls to play...Lauren's class is all girls! Tiffany also brought her camera because we took pictures of the girls and had them make their own pictures frames. The girls also got to make a Valentine for their Mommy & Daddy! They really had fun with the crafts, cupcakes and games! 
After all of the fun, they got to pass out their own Valentines! Lauren passed out Princess Valentines with a package of gummy bears!
Lauren is so cute! Look at that messy face! She is at the stage where she thinks she needs to squint her eyes when she smiles.
Sammy's class also had a fun Valentine's party! They got to eat a good, healthy lunch, decorate a cookie and pass out valentines. Sammy also passed out Princess Valentines with a package of m&m's!!
Sammy just wanted to eat the sprinkles when they decorated the cookie. Silly girl!

A couple of weeks ago when we were at the elementary school picking up Austin, Sammy was running around and not watching where she was going and ran smack into a brick wall!! It was a goose egg and a few days later turned into a black eye. I think she will be more careful from now on.

Austin's class had lots of sweet treats and they took turns passing out their Valentine's to their friends. Austin passed out Transformer Valentines and Fun Dip candy.Sammy's teachers had such a great idea! They had each of the kids wrap a shoebox at home and the kids decorated their own Valentines boxes at school! The boxes turned out so cute! Ms. Heather and Ms. Christine said the kids had a blast decorating the boxes!
