I am on the WEE school board and we were brainstorming fun things that we could to do during the summer for the kids within the community. I suggested this crazy idea of themed summer camps. Two teachers pick a theme & age group and then come up with activities, crafts, outdoor games and other things that center around that theme...with Thursday being water and pizza day! The board loved the idea and put me in charge. So, needless to say I was the director of the week long summer camp (June 16-19, Monday-Thursday, 9am-2pm). I had an AWESOME group of ladies who responded to the teaching positions and they came up with some GREAT camps!!

Putting the camp together was A LOT of work but it turned out so good! The teachers, parents and kids were all happy to have done the camp. Here is a picture of all of the teachers and kids who participated in the camp.
