Sammy's birthday is January 19th...and we celebrated it on June 14th...a half birthday!! I ordered these CUTE petticoats in September...4 months before Sammy's birthday!!! I was told that they would be in by 6-12 weeks. Well, January came and there were no petticoats. I called the company and kept getting the answer "a couple more weeks". Well, needless to say I FINALLY got the petticoats in late March! So at that point I just decided to have a half-birthday for Sammy. It actually turned out great! Russell did a great job getting the Family Life Center ready. I brought in all of the girls dress up clothes to have a dress up birthday with a Fashion Show...the girls LOVED it!
I bought a Fashion Show tent, complete with a little runway. We played music for the girls and let them come out one by one and showoff their style!

I bought each girl a white T-shirt and Stephanie embroidered their name on the shirt...she is so wonderful to have done that!! The girls liked their shirts and got to take them home.
Family came to celebrate and Sammy had friends from WEE school, church and the neighborhood come and enjoy the fun!
Of course, the birthday party was not complete without a princess cake and presents! I let Sammy pick her cake from Target. She loved it!!
Sammy got lots of wonderful gifts! She and Lauren went home and immediately started playing with them.
