Frontiers of Flight Museum

Their was a World War I & II plane exhibit at the Frontiers of Flight Museum by Dallas Love Field. My dad wanted to take Austin so we made a day of it and it was really neat!! Austin got to see a piece of history! My dad is a BIG history buff and can answer all kinds of questions!! It was neat to hear him tell Austin about all of the planes and about World War I & II.
B25 Mitchell...
We got to walk through a B17 Bomber.
We got to watch a T51 Mustang fly. It was a loud plane and neat to watch a piece of history fly! Austin got to meet members of the Tuskegee Airmen also known as the "Redtails"! WOW! The Tuskegee airmen hold a big part of history!! They were the FIRST all black flight crew to escort bombers in missions. They were known as the "Redtails" because the tails of all their planes were painted red. I teared up shaking their hands and thanking them for their hard work and sacrifice. Austin got to see the Apollo 7 command module...

a real spacesuit...and other planes...I found a couple of things that I liked too...an Aston Martin and Rolls Royce.
