Austin lost his second tooth!

Austin has had a wiggly tooth and worked very hard on getting it out last Thursday night right before bedtime. He was very excited when he finally got it out! This is his second tooth to lose! His face was full of excitement!

The girls were all excited too! Samantha wanted a quick peek to see what all the fuss was about. She is now asking when she is going to lose her teeth...not for a while sweety!

Austin also showed Lauren that his tooth was gone.

Austin put his tooth under his pillow for the tooth fairy. We made sure she knew about the late night news. We told Austin she would make it by that night. Austin was excited about her leaving him some money.The next morning, Austin woke up to five dollars under his pillow! We put the money in his piggy bank and he is going to give 50 cents to church. On a mommy note, losing teeth kinda stinks because I feel like he is really growing up!! I know, that is supposed to happen! But I will miss that little innocent smile full of little baby teeth. One day Austin will smile at me with big adult teeth...and then come braces and so on and so on. Oh, why can't they stay little forever? What a blessing though to watch them grow up and hit little milestones. Children are such a gift from God!
